As a small brand producing limited collections, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hellopoorjudgment@outlook.com Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll do our best to make things right.
